African Trip

African Safari is a costume that is a lot of years. The word safari is behind it is an Arabic word ‘Safar’, which translated means “making the trip.” This was then borrowed into Swahili as a “Safari” and the principle of sugar cane as the “journey”. Safari in its original context refers to any type of travel and often used in connection with the trade routes long journeys. The modern connotations of shorts, pith helmets and a great adventure, just came later.
It was the era of African safari, which gave us a connotation of adventure and exploration that is still associated with safari. Ironically, they also have these early hunters, to thank for much of the conservation movement is concerned about the African wildlife today. That’s because a lot of great hunters kept great records of their time in Africa. Their stories, writings, drawings and paintings of funds greater awareness of Africa ignited the idea to preserve it for future generations. African Trip
